The only misinformation I received was when it came time for the hearing. The office staff said it would be fine for my husband to attend. He took off work and we when we arrived the attorney stated he would not be allowed in the hearing.
Excellent experience. Athlene Andre was on the ball and kept me informed every step of the way. Mark Ruddy worked very hard as my legal representative. He was knowledgeable and experienced in the workings of the appeals process. Highly recommend this law firm for any disability case.

I would like to thank Lavan and Neidenberg for all of their assistance and expertise in getting my disability claim approved. The most important advice I would give someone applying for disability is to not go it alone but to hire this law group to help you. It would have been very difficult to navigate all of the legal proceedings without their help. They told me exactly what to do and when to do it. All of their staff was professional, courteous and knowledgeable and on the date of my hearing, my lawyer was very supportive. I know I could not have done it without them!
