I am very dissapointed i have been coming to this publix for so long and its the first time i leave unhappy all i needed was to change ten dollars for a roll of quarters and Matthew from customer service refused to help me so much for customer satisfaction
Best supermarket I know of, hands down. Unbelievable selection and incredible staff, especially the manager.
One of the ritzier Publix’s in Florida since it is on Palm Beach. Very low key, hard to notice from the street as there are hedges and trees blocking the store and there is no traditional large green Publix sign out front, just small letters carved into the outer façade. I can only imagine this is to try and discourage “outsiders” (non Palm Beach residents) from shopping here. I would highly recommend not parking here if you plan on going to the beach as you WILL get towed. Palm Beach Police routinely patrol the parking lot. Other than that it is a decent Publix
I work on Palm Beach and have been coming here for years. Almost everyday for lunch. I would love to give this Publix a great eating however some of the Deli employees are rude and condescending and could use some training in customer service. Bad attitudes!
