Living part time in Florida, we hadn't found time to get a vet for our dog. After he was sick for three days, and on a strong recommendation, we called Island Animal who got us an appointment the same day. Everyone from the receptionist to the nurse to the doctor were so welcoming, so efficient and so calming that our dog, who normally trembles like a leaf at the vet, was running around saying hello to everyone. They quickly diagnosed the problem, provided a solution and within 24 hours our dog was feeling better. Highly recommend!

It's the kind of place where you know the staff by name, they know you, and your pets.
